- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s annual budget.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure financial stability.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
- Investment Oversight: Evaluate investment opportunities, manage the company’s investment portfolio, and provide recommendations to optimize returns.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with other executives to drive operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, providing transparent and insightful financial communications.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance.
