Position Summary:
A group of Companies is looking proactive and detail-focused HR Officer to oversee HR functions, recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance for our Peshawar office and project locations. The position involves hands-on HR administration with a thorough knowledge of Pakistani labor legislation, recruitment procedures, and HR policies in the construction and pharmaceutical industries.
The desired person should possess previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations with the capacity to act as a liaison between regional staff and head office HR personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Induction:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for regional and project-based positions.
• Coordinate CV screening, interview arrangements, and reference checks.
• Coordinate the induction process, ensuring accurate documentation and orientation.
Payroll & Attendance Management:
• Ensure timely tracking of attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Confirm overtime, deductions, and allowances for proper salary payment.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
• Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Facilitate employee engagement programs to enhance retention and job satisfaction.
Compliance & HR Policies:
• Ensure all HR operations are in line with Pakistan’s labor legislation and the industry regulations.
• Keep up-to-date HR records, contracts, and compliance reports.
• Facilitate audits by making necessary HR documents and compliance proofs available.
Training & Development:
• Determine training needs and arrange HR and compliance training sessions.
• Help plan workshops and employee development activities.
Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with Pakistani labor laws, HR policies, and payroll processing.
• HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Practical experience in employee grievance handling, recruitment, and performance management.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independence to work and coordination with the head office.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
